DIY | CELINE T-SHIRT

It's friday already. Time goes by so fast! Today I have my first DIY post for you. 

The Celine T-shirt was on my wishlist for quite some time. But in my opinion some are pretty expensive for just a simple white T-shirt 

with a logo on it. But then I came across the DIY post at Joyce Jeroense here blog. She made it look so easy so I decided to give it a try.

 I did wanted to make a little different version. 

I like the original logo though but i gave mine a personal touch. Do you like it? 

Well let's get started. I will explain everything step by step. 

Allright! What do you need?

1. A white T-shirt. I bought a simple one at H&M

2. A design you like

3. A Scissor

4. Transfer Paper. I bought mine at The Action

5. A Printer

6. An Ironing board

7. An Iron

8. An old tea-towel or baking paper

When you gathered all your stuff, let's begin. At first you have to print your design on the transferpaper. 

But make sure that you mirror your design first. If you don't it will get mirrored on your shirt. 

Let the print dry for 30 minutes.

Next you'll have to cut out your design. But make sure you leave a little white line around the letters.

Then place the shirt on the ironing board and put your design on the right place of the t-shirt. 

Make sure that the printed side is down. 

Then place the tea towel or the baking paper on the shirt. 

Your iron needs to be at least 160 degrees. When the iron is ready you have to make circling movements for like 2 minutes.

 Then remove the towel and let it cool off for a few minutes. 

If everything went right it should look something like this.

 When it's cooled off you remove the transfer paper and you are done! Yay! Easy wasn't it? 

But make sure that when you wash the shirt you turn the inside out. This way your print will stay beautiful. 

And this is the result! What do you think about it?
